Delivery method in major countries and regions

The international telegram delivery method differs in each destination country or region.
For Post Office Box destinations, delivery is completed when the telegram is dropped into the P.O. Box.
For hotels and ceremonial halls (churches), delivery is completed when delivered to the reception desk.
Applications for fax or e-mail destinations are only accepted for a hotel, company or government agency in the country or region concerned.

How to calculate the charges

Charges are calculated based on the total number of words in the recipient's address, name, body text and sender's name.
A word consisting of up to ten characters is calculated as one word, while a word consisting of more than ten characters is regarded as two words.

Payment method

The bill will be sent in the middle of the month following the month in which you use the service.
You can make a payment at financial institutions including banks and post offices, or at convenience stores.
