7-1 Preparation and provision of anonymous-masked information

With respect to the following personal data held by KDDI, KDDI will create anonymous-masked information that is processed in such a way that specific individuals cannot be identified and that cannot be restored, and provide this information to third parties. 7-2 Handling of specified user information by business operators located outside Japan

KDDI may store specified user information in accordance with the Telecommunications Business Act in the cloud service of a business operator located outside Japan, or may outsource business operations related to the handling of specified user information to a business operator outside Japan.
For information such as the names of the target countries and regions, and details on the legal systems related to the handling of specified user information in those countries and regions, refer to the announcements below.

7-3 Policy on the disclosure of incidents such as information leaks

In the event of leakage of personal data that may affect customers' interest, KDDI will promptly report the details of the leakage to the customers.
