Downloads of KDDI's EZ Apli 'BREW®' Top 100 Million

KDDI and Okinawa Cellular are pleased to announce that the total number of downloads of their EZ Apli BREW® [1] for au mobile phones exceeded 100 million [2] on April 16 of this year.
EZ Apli BREW® is an advanced application service for large-capacity games and '3D Navi', a 3D navigation service for mobile phones, that provides for an optimal mobile environment.
In addition to high-speed data transmission of up to 2.4 Mbps provided by BREW®'s CDMA 1X WIN platform, users can take advantage of au's fixed-rate packet transmission service 'Double Teigaku' when playing any of the games that utilize EZ Apli BREW® - approximately 2,500 titles as of the end of March 2006.
