KDDI to Introduce New Service Allowing Carry-over of Unused Talk Time

KDDI and Okinawa Cellular are pleased to announce the introduction of a new service for au mobile phones, beginning on August 1, that will allow users to carry over unused talk time indefinitely, eliminating the need to 'use up' talk time before the end of each month.

The three-month carry-over service introduced on January 17, 2006, has been re-launched as the indefinite carry-over service in order to reflect the improvement in service.

The maximum amount of talk time that may be carried over depends on the type of handset and on the user's current payment plan.
