KDDI is pleased to announce two new products targeting corporate clients. The 'Global Data Center Managed Package' bundles overseas data center, hub router, and network monitoring with international intranet service. The 'Overseas Area Network Package' bundles a client's in-house router and network monitoring with overseas area network. Both packages will be available for clients on May 1, 2008.
These packages will reduce the complexity of services since it makes it possible both to apply for international/overseas area network, overseas data center, and client's overseas in-house LAN equipment, which traditionally have been handled separated depending on whether in Japan or overseas, and to pay fees in Japan. In addition, through bundling with monitoring that includes network and the LAN devices, it is possible to obtain more stable and reliable service, and through the bundling of services, it is also possible to reduce the cost and time necessary from when an estimate is received.
KDDI is promoting global ICT solutions based on data centers that make it possible provide comprehensive ICT environments - the foundation of our client's businesses - which extend from network and IT equipment to advanced operation and maintenance.
The 'Global Data Center Managed Package' and the 'Overseas Area Network Package' services will expand in scope and region as KDDI strives to provide solutions which grow rapidly in line with its customers' global business expansion.
