1. TELEHOUSE PARIS Magny

(1) Features
TELEHOUSE PARIS Magny is the third facility for TELEHOUSE EUROPE in France and is the largest data-center facility in France with total floor space of 15,000 square meters on a 66,000 square-meter property.
TELEHOUSE EUROPE was the first data-center business in France, establishing its first site (Jeuneurs) in central Paris in 1996, and its second site (Voltaire), the largest in Paris, in 1999. We provide service to over 60 telecommunications providers and over 350 other companies including all major Internet exchanges in France and have built a significant part of the infrastructure vital to IT in France. This third data-center site (Magny) is on the outskirts of Paris, and fulfills the need for DR and BCP. It is connected with the existing sites by high-capacity network, and has been built to the highest standards for security and facilities. Together, all three centers allow TELEHOUSE EUROPE to meet rising ICT outsourcing demands in one stop.

(2) Service Description

1) Basic Co-location services:

  • Rack co-location service
    Customer equipment is installed in a 19-inch rack provided by TELEHOUSE, with individual locking, cooling fan and power-supply circuits.
  • Cage co-location service
    For customers requiring higher security, cage-enclosed spaces (steel enclosure) are provided.

2) Optional services:

  • Customer equipment monitoring services
    Monitoring services such as Ping and SNMP trap monitoring as well as reporting services such as traffic and fault-history reports.
  • Technical support services
    Fault-recovery support services including isolating device faults, temporary recovery measures, and arranging for repair work, as well as services providing periodic maintenance work.
  • ICT Services
    A variety of ICT services including high-speed Internet connectivity, storage, and server virtualization can be provided.

(1) Features
TELEHOUSE SEOUL is a data center located in the conveniently accessible central area of Seoul. Since initiating services in 2000, it has provided services for more than 100 corporations, mainly in the financial sector.
