Partially Discounting Packet Flat-Rate Service and Discounting "au.NET" Monthly Fee <Attachment>

1. Reducing the maximum charge of packet flat-rate service for mobile data communication

(1) Outline of reduction

Maximum amount of packet flat-rate service for mobile data communication (mobile PC, PDA, etc) [1] will be reduced from 13,650 yen (including tax) a month to 10,395 yen (including tax) a month.
The new maximum charge will apply if customers subscribe to packet flat-rate service using mobile wireless LAN terminal "NEX-fi" planned to be on sale from December [2].

[1] Only for models that are subject to "Mobile Data Communications Flat Rate."
[2] Models compatible to "NEX-fi" are models subject to "Mobile Data Communications Flat Rate," excluding E30HT and IS02. Models other than compatible ones have not been tested and hence will be exempt to guarantee. Also, usage with models not subject to "Mobile Data Communications Flat Rate" or without subscription to packet flat-rate service will be charged by volume according to packet communication volume and the maximum charge of mobile data communications flat rate will not apply.

3. "Wi-Fi Walker Debut Discount"

The companies will launch a campaign to subtract 1,050 yen from monthly fee of newly and existent subscribers who purchased "Wi-Fi WALKER DATA05" between the date of its release and Thursday, March 31, 2011.
"WIN Single-Teigaku" will apply for the usage of "Wi-Fi WALKER DATA05."
