In early June 2013, KDDI and OKINAWA CELLULAR TELEPHONE COMPANY will begin updating the au +1 collection of official au accessories. In addition to items designed specifically for use with new models in the summer lineup, other items will be released that can be used with any smartphone model.
A variety of items designed to enliven and enhance the user's smartphone experience will be available, including the Portable Full-Seg Tuner (tentative name) , which enables users to watch high-quality full HDTV on au smartphones, as well as microphone-equipped earphones such as the popular urbeats model and the stylish and colorful SAL CASUAL model, which allow users to enjoy content such as music and movies in high-quality sound.
Other new items that further improve the convenience and usability of smartphones include a smart touch pen that makes smartphone and tablet operation even easier, jewel stickers that make it simple for users decorate their smartphone covers, and protective film for large smartphone screens.
