| DDI CORPORATION (DDI), KDD Corporation (KDD) and IDO CORPORATION (IDO) informally assigned, as shown in the Attachment, posts and duties to directors and officers for the merged company, KDDI (DDI CORPORATION) , after the planned merger effective on October 1. The assignment is subject to resolution at the meeting of the Board of Directors to be held on October 2.
