Changes in Directorial Posts and Responsibilities

Under the organizational revision in question, KDD will carry out partial changes as of July 31 in the posts and responsibilities of its directorship. These are outlined in separately appended information.

The Administrative Headquarters to be instituted as a result of these revisions is to come the supervision of Executive Vice President Yamaguchi. At the same time, Senior Managing Director Ando is to assume the post of Director of Administrative Headquarters, while Managing Director Hirata will become Director of the Global Multimedia Business Department, Business Development Headquarters.
