The opinions we received are as follows.
- In particular, the energy business presents different human rights risks than the telecommunications business. For the five focus areas of the satellite growth strategy, risks should be considered on a business by business basis.
- It would be good to show the pros and cons so that consumers have a concrete picture of the risks involved in agreeing to privacy and data use agreements.
- As European companies take more initiatives from a legal and regulatory perspective, it is necessary to use advanced European telecommunications and IT companies as benchmarks.
We recognized the importance of understanding and analyzing human rights risks for each expanding business area, and reaffirmed the importance of focusing global trends, including legal regulations on human rights, and taking measures on human rights.
