KDDI Open Innovation Fund III Makes Additional Investment in Findy, a Provider Specializing in Services to Support Organizational Development and the Hiring of Engineers

KDDI made an additional investment in Findy Inc. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Yuichiro Yamada; hereinafter, "Findy"), the provider of a SaaS service for engineer hiring services and engineer organizational development, through KDDI Open Innovation Fund III (operated by Global Brain Corporation; hereinafter "KOIF III"), which aims to incubate new business co-creations with promising venture startups.
In addition to their "Findy" career change service which matches high-skill engineers with companies through a custom algorithm, Findy provides platforms that offer various features needed to operate more highly productive teams such as their "Findy Teams" service which visualizes productivity in order to maximize the performance of engineering organizations. By utilizing these services, companies can expect to evolve their business based on the foundation of a stronger engineering organization.
Through this investment, KDDI will support Findy as it provides solutions to accelerate the DX of engineer-driven companies.
As "the company that customers feel closest to," KDDI will continue to promote business co-creation through investment in promising startup companies, and create new business models together with customers and partners.
