Regarding the addition of access numbers that allow you to use KDDI Super World Card/0055GoGo Card from the landline service of other telephone service companies

The access number 0055 allows callers to use KDDI Super World Cards and 0055GoGo Cards for calls from within Japan on phones serviced by KDDI.
KDDI has added the FREE CALL number "0800-080-0055" as an access number for customers of direct-access phone services from other telephone service providers that do not use "0055" (examples: "Hikari Denwa" (NTT East & West), Otoku Line (SOFTBANK TELECOM), etc.).

<Standard usage method>

0055 - (tone) - card number - (announcement notifying the remainder on the card) - country code - area code - phone number - #

<Usage on calls made through a direct-access phone service provided by other telephone service providers (example: "Hikari Denwa" or "Otoku Line")>

Dial "0800-080-0055" instead of "0055".

  • This service cannot be used on calls from private pay phones (Pink Denwa) and IP phones with numbers starting with 050.
  • There is no change in access numbers for calls made from outside of Japan.
  • The calling rate is the same for both "0055" and "0800-080-0055".
